now in the 7 years I have been on here (and other websites) I have never been owed money by anyone once, and I sell a lot of stuff too.

A member local to me owes me money, I won't name them for now as its not my style, but he also owes Dave A money.

He has not replied to me for the past few weeks and its been 8 weeks now since the sale went ahead, he paid via PayPal and collected in person. then PayPal took the money back from me and I can not claim as one has already been opened, and it went in his favour. How I do not know as he collected the goods from me in person!

Any ideas what to do? Last time he was on here was Thursday.

gutted for you! but thats a good way of going around things (conning people), paying via paypal and collect in perosn then claim you never got the goods and the person who sold it has no way of proving that they had given the item to the buyer
