Im owed a decent sum of money from this person. He is a website designer by trade, owns his own hosting company. I paid him a decent amount of money to get my website for Vsport up and running, 5 months later he keeps doing dissapearing acts and gives every excuse possible, doesnt answer emails, phonecalls, changes his username on msn every time I catch up with him etc...

He is often trying to sell cars on this and various other forums, I have lots of info on him but I am not willing to act any other way but legally as it was a transaction between 2 businesses so the traditional face to face at the doorstep approach is not worth doing.

I have now sent 2 official legal requests for return of my money which have been ignored. next will be court followed by a visit from a bailiff to remove goods to the value of what the court agree.

I am typing the above for the attention of the user in paticular as he seems to ignore every other attempt I make to inform him of my planned actions.

so BANNI or stephen bannister of:

[address withheld]

otherise known as banni.co.uk

pay up or at least answer your phone before you leave it too late and end up losing possesions to the bailiffs.

Pardon my ignorance but when you sell something do you not wait for the money and then send it?

so not only do paypal charge you silly fees for there service, they also offer the same level of safety for sellers as getting a cheque from a foreign bank, which can then be removed later (used to happen a fair bit with people from south africa etc wanting to buy cars, they'd send cheque, you send car, then they get the money back cos their banks work different and can do stuff like that)
