can check at work, but mk finished in what 98 ?

Yeah S reg for the Mk3

Yeah, which is why im also thinking the gt tdi, but after driving a vr6 a few months back, i was like the sound was ace

Heres a pic of them both, one with the new coilovers fitted the other standard

can you guess which is which

Had a GT TDi 150 bhp went like stink wish i never got rid of it

iv got a vr6, i took all the "bodykit" off of it, looks so much cleaneer and smoother without it.
great car to drive, great noise from the engine
just use a lot of fuel, but who cares about that eh

i have a mk4 4-motion which has the 24v version of the vr6 engine and agreed it does make a nice noise when its got fuel in

highline is said to be the desirable 1 but as said doesn't have arches or the deep front splitter of the arched cars,comes with full leather as standard though if that floats your boat

This is mine. I personally prefer it without the kit the early ones had. Plus ive only ever seen 2 others in the same colour and they were both at e38. Pretty rare imo.

They sound awesome
