How hard is it to set up a boot popper, as i want to smooth my boot but am unsure what car to get the popper out of and if there difficult to fit.

just buy one from any good modification store. and they r easy to fit

Buy a two wire one from a shop (Maplins), give it a live with a push to make button on it and an earth. Push button, boot pops, job done

Simple as that! Do i have to bodge the solenoid onto the mechanism or anything?

yeah, its an actuater with 2 wires, positive and negative.
If you have de wipered you can put it where the wiper moter was and it fits perfectly

Brilliant, ill have a look in the demon tweeks cataluge to see is there are any in there.

When you get the actuator and rod etc. its easy to see how it goes
