Hey,
Has anyone got a picture of a star silver or grey corsa that has the MFD case sprayed grey, the surround for the heater controls sprayed grey and the ashtray sprayed grey? and also the plastic surround for the cd played if possible? I saw a picture a while back but I lost it.
I need to see what it looks like before I get happy with the rattle cans!
Cheers

Here's mine. I haven't sprayed the top of the MFD because when it's sunny all i'll be looking at will be the reflection of the dash.

£10 i think. Halfords sprays. 3 for £10.
It took a couple of hours. I did a layer then watched an episode of the simpsons, then another layer then another episode....... and so on.
Just take your time. it's better to take 6 hours than 6 mins and to do it all again. I also baked mine in the oven. But don't have it too hot coz you'll melt your dash

sanding will take the longest.
you'll want approx 2-3 layers of prima (1 can), 3 coats of paint, and 1 or 2 coats of lacquer.
and make sure you lightly sand between layers.
or just read the guide in tutorials dufus

On another (stupid sounding) note, has anyone sprayed the black areas of their bumpers, sidestrips and arches with rattle cans? can this be done? does it stand a chance of looking ok?
