people that have done this before, what did you use, methods, paint etc.....

Thinking about spraying parts of dash and door handles/pockets?

Spray paint is the best. I highly recommend you find "plastic primar" rather than normal primer.

As for colours, halford's are fine for normal colours.

And if you want (i recommend) go out and buy some sand paper. 1000, 400 and 200. Smoother look. I think there are tutorials on spraying in the FAQ section
