update!

it seems to be fine now
i disconnected all wires and inputs and then took the CPU fan off and the heat sink and cleaned it all out, took all dust and dirt of it and then put it back together last night, and since then it seems to be fine, hardly spins up at all now lol!!!

what could have been the problem??
is this fix just temporary??
how will a bios update help??

some info ive researched about it;
the thermal control sensor or something like that could be faulty or bad faulty weildings on the copper conductor pipes in the heat sink also??

The fan overspins if there is any doubt about the processor being cooled properly.

The BIOS update fixes most of the issues you are talking about that you have seen on the net, nothing to do with welds.
