not sure i wanted a standard rear anyway but the reiger might as well go in the bin. no point in trying to sell it now. for some reason i like it more with the middle bit missing. might try something random with it

discovered today what has been making the car run like crap. bought some new plugs to see if that would sort it out but when it came to fitting them i was greeted by plug holes filled up with oil. new rocker gasket then

bit of cleaning and a new gasket plugs and leads later and its runs fine again no more missing and popping and cutting out on me anymore

pretty anoyed right now as some muppet on ebay wont answer my emais or try and make any contact with me so i still dont have a 1.6 engine. on the plus side i bought a valve spring compressor and spent all day kiling a spare head i have. not really too arsed about it so long as i learn to do it right eventually.

got bored the other day so decided to do myself a semi smooth boot. not 100% perect but im pretty happy with it. paintwork just needs buffing a bit more but its too cold and i cant be arsed. and i cant actually open the boot as i havent fitted the popper kit yet.
