no, but as it was a home mod, i can be 90% sure they arent.
like i said, stupid mod imo, they do no good but blind others and give oneself a really good view.
More likely to cause an accident so where is the sense?

err..

they fittd by me.. the bulb just goes into the original bulb holder.

Got the light beams alighned correctly by MOT place so i dont think they would blind anyone
