runing a gsi engine with mantzel and cant decide on my cheap and nasty induction kit whitch doesnt give any flat spots well.... maybe one. or should i put my drilled airbox in with a standard filter?

I would say use a modded airbox, and possibly a performence panel filter

If you want an induction kit, try the forced cold air feed "Forza kit" off ebay. Superlite Ltd has one I believe so contact him

Ive got a open pipercross cone on mine.
No problems at all with flat spots.
