I got some Tigra rims, little bit dirty and I have tryed all the cleaning products in the place and a toothbrush
Just nasty brake dust and God knows what on there, whats the best stuff ?
Also they have some curb marks on the spokes, as there alloy would it be ok to sand the marks out will some high grade wet and dry like 800-1000-1200 ?

A mild acid based cleaner is the best stuff to use. Ive used Meguiars Hot Wheels and that does the trick.
The curb marks are always a bit of a pain... I did my astra ones using some 600 and filler primer, then 1200 and the top coat. Looked ok... but then when I had the tyre done they put the balancing weight in that area and destroyed my oh so beautiful work!
