Once you can see the bandwagon, you've already missed it.

There is a nice quiet area between North and South Korea that has a lot of land available.

I got back from bulgaria a couple of weeks ago. pretty much depends where you stay as per any other country. Some photos of my holiday, but not alot in the way of scenery.

Once they adopt the euro the prices will rise.

Yeah, think they'd prefer something in Cyprus around Paphos way. Or failing that somewhere in Southern Spain around Estapona or Puerto Banus. After a villa with around 5/6beds, fair amount to spend.

Got handed a leaflet in the airport in Sharm el sheik (egypt) selling apartments, they were quite cheap, £30k upwards for a brand new build. Couldnt help thinking they will rocket in price in the next 5-10yrs, you never know though especially in the middle east

Faithers pal has a villa in Florida, he cant sell it - prices have taken a tumble there & the markets swamped with properties. infact I think he's been fourced to keep it in the hope the situation changes.

Think i'll stick to trying to get a nice place in this country before looking else where
