Nah, they also have video footage on the car, didn't watch it though.

my mate has been caught speeding 4 times in the last year but never had a point on his license as he keeps avoiding them and after 6 months they cant prosecute a driving offence.... it was a bit easier for him as 2 of them were company cars...
he didnt have his paper license and went in on the last of the 28 days and told them he didnt have it but he was prepared to pay the fine, so they said we need it. we'l give you a 14 day extension, he went in on the 14th day and said it still hasnt arived so they said it has to go to court now. he never heard anything after that.
