the lovely Georgie Thompson has just said the deal has been agreed in prinicpal and he will have a medical in Argentina.

Cisse has gone having signed a 5yr deal with L'OM, no idea of price yet but Im guessing around £7-8m, not the £6m some media sources are suggesting.

And 18-year-old midfielder Ryan Crowther has passed his medical, joining from Stockport.

Maccabi Haifa to agree personal terms with Corinthians centre back Betao.

Corinthians sign Junior Negao from Nacional, and also signed Felipe Lopes from Anderlecht.

He represented London as a sprinter in the English Schools National Track and Field Championships, so hoping he is some speedy fooker, and is meant to be a big guy too!

Burnley complete signing of former striker Robbie Blake from league 1 Leeds, £250k. VERY VERY happy with this, the bloke was total class for us before he went to Birmingham. Squads shaping up nicely now, must have one of the best strike forces in the Championship now with Gray, Blake, Akinbiyi all capable of 15+ along with young Kyle Lafferty and albanian international Besart Berisha.
