never fitted any suspension before and dont know much about it
what do i need to know
any tips ?
anything i should change (rubbers etc.)?

1 jack
2 axle stands
8 cups of tea...
easy, jack the rear of the car up off the ground, put the car on axle stands towards the back to start
undo the blots 17mm that hold on the rear dampers to the rear beam, i normally put the jack under the rear beam to lower it slowly
the springs will pop out of place then.
take the plastic covers out from inside and undo the top of the damper and it will drop out, then
re-fit with the new GAZ  damper and spring
front is a bit harder to explain  some one take over please

Not this weekend though Or ill have your head 
With the fronts its the two bolts at the top of the turret under the bay.
And then another two bolts which hold it to the hub (need to take wheel off)

there is no wrong way as such as they will only go on one way, will need some setting up and fine tuning once there on though

are they fully build, otherwise get some spring compresors down in halfords in bushey arches theyre right at the back right of the store at foot height

are they easy to set up? ive fitted normal suspension struts before but never coilovers, are they any different??

not reallly its the same principle just a bit of odd tweaking with coilovers

Have to get the ride height ou want, they get the camber and tracking done so you dont eat tyres
