i have a performance inlet manifold and a bmc cda on my corsa sport 1.4 16v, what bhp/performance gains will i get from a 4-2-1 janspeed exhaust manifold

so it will affect performance then because i was told without an inlet it wont help, so good to hear it will, is it worth getting one??

on it's own won't offer much increase 3-5bhp would you notice anyways??

As part of a package, cams, inlet and manifold, yes it would give a big boost.
