right, my car feels rough to the touch and the paintwork looks very dull (i believe this is oxidisation?)

whats the cheapest way to get rid of this back to a nice shiny smooth surface so i can see my face in it?

claybar can be bought from halfords

it comes in a kit. just make sure you also wax the car properly after you polish it otherwise the paint will just go back to what it was before very quickly

or top the super resin polish with autoglym extra gloss protection, leave on to cure for an hour then buff off, no need to wax unless you wish to

extra gloss protection is designed to bond to super resin polish, creates a protective film over ur freshly polished finish, i use it on many vehicles. it is a sealent but can be your last stage protection product if u do not wish to add a wax on top

check out www.detailingworld.co.uk, lots of advice + tips on their matey
