Finally able to drive my car tonite and put her back together. The bodywork has taken a long while to do, getting rid of every dint and scratch etc.
The paintwork is very orange peely for the moment, im leaving it a few weeks before i flat and buff the whole car to get the good finish.
All i have to worry about now is the engine, XE is going in in february but this engine is nackered as the headgasket has gone/going, oh well.

only got the few pics untill it is light outside.

Polish the orange peel out NOW. If you leave it the paint will become too hard and it wont polish as well.

Where the paint has not been put on quite right, it makes the surface not quite perfect looking a bit like some orange peel. It's common and can either be sanded or polished out easily enough.

I was gonna say its better to buff it within the first few days, than leave it weeks, it will harden way too much.

Looks nice though!
