arrrgh.
putting the new engine in thursday but a set back has occured - the engine crane's arm isnt pumping up if you get me. Just falls back down even after like half hour of pumping!
Any idea why its not working? Tis a brand new one too  my mate wernt too happy!

is there something to release it? like a screw on a trolley jack?

well how do you lower it back in once its raised?
on trolley jacks you can only jack it up if the screw is closed, just thought it might be similiar

They have a release bolt/screw on the pump assembly, so check thats tightly closed as above.
