Can you use one to polish stuff?

I'm thinking about getting one and a big attatchement set to do some stuff, but are they worth it?

I just bought one, couldn't be arsed to wait for a reply

I bought a Sealey one, and a 400 Piece bit set, about £50 all in

It's already ported and polished

I can trim the valve guides which were replaced though.
