Just replaced the green stuff pads and some drilled and grooved discs that came with my 2.0 brakes when i got them. I used the standard kit from vaux and i am more than happy with stopping power. Around 50 quid for it all i think.

Whats the trade price for the vauxhall pads? My brother works in a garage, he'll be able to get trade price.

Dave A: When I get a job (Hopefully soon), and a decent engine, Ill get some good pads like you suggested, just getting some cheapies for now.

1 good thing about greenstuff - very little brake dust, not a great pad though, I sell loads of them so some people must like them.

EBC do kevlar (Black ones)

then green stuff
red stuff
yellow stuff

EBC kevlar pads are more like OE with more bite. Part numbers are shorter i.e. DP214 as apposed to green stuff...DP2018
