its connected t the powerbox and when i take the connection of the revs rise slightly and the car sound a lot healthier,can it be opened and cleaned

top sensor thingy is the fuel tank vent valve. cant see what the bottom one is, is it the blanking plate on the lower inlet where the tb used to sit?

bottom one is just were the previous owner connected the thingy in the top pic to the powerbox.
could it affect the running of the car and where should it be connected to dave

one should go to vaccum (on the powerbox as pictured) and the other to a hard plastic pipe that goes to the charcoal canister inside the drivers wing.

it is hooked up right then when i diconected it from the powerbox the rev rise why would that happen

revs rise when you dis connect it because the engine is sucking air through the pipe. leave it on
