dependin on how much is in there. If there is under half a tank just be carefull and drop the tank and drain it afterwards this is assuming your taking the tank out. other wise get some garden pipe nice n long and get it to the bottom of your tank. suck the pipe untill the petrol touches your lips then it will just flow out due to the suction straight into a jerry can you have to hand. do not drink any petrol lol. u wont feel to good.

Just put 12v to the pump and it'll pump straight out the supply line....

Might want to try it first off the tank though, you wouldn't want it catching fire

I thought it was a syphon proof tank.
In that case, just use some hose and syphon it out.
