As for a time i guess it depends what the plan. we could either meet early around lunch time or something and make a day of it, or just meet in the evening if its just a case of meeting and going?

I wreckon it would be the best for a lunch time meet cos some ppl have a long way to travel just for a turn up and go again! what you wreckon?

Sounds like a good plan. Could meet up then head off and do something afterwards. Could always head off to a pub or do bowling or something like that maybe?
