Following on from my thread here about running costs of cars, and bills etc, just wondered how much disposable cash people are living off, after they've payed their outgoings (loans, insurance, phones etc etc) off each month...

[Suppose savings are classed as disposable too, so count those in with it! ]

about 500ish a month after paying all my apartment bills and food, etc. I am a student without a job though and my own place so not too bad.

I hope anyone who has more than this a month doe NOT own a corsa!!

Less than £100 every month guaranteed. Being a student sucks sometimes, never thought i'd say this but i can't wait to work full time

only get paid 500 a month from a part time job so once i've paid my dues:

120 insurance
150 petrol
around 70 to parents for money they lent me

i'm left with around £150 for myself

**that all goes on stuff for my girlfriend or taking her out to cinemas and takeaways**

if only i was single

about £400 a month but soon be another £105 as no longer have fto insurance to pay

about 1300 after mortgage, council tax and house insurance etc

Does not include food or utility bills or petrol though

I'll be towards the bottom of the Poll come July, but obviously that'll drop when i get a hefty loan for a car .

mine will go up aswell, cheaper insurance, pay off mini loan from the parents at the start of June all goes towards the xe which means insurance goes back up even more *doh*

i have my phone bill to pay and fuel thats its then i have about 600 a month to play around with and yes it does burn a hole
