I've noticed that a lot of the things that the 360 fanboys said were missing from teh PS3, aren't. I've found online play was fairly easy and it downloads stuff in the background, despite early reports that it doesn't. So far, so good

Does the PS3 download stuff in the background whilst playing online? Cool if so. I hate that the 360 doesn't do this.

Yeah, I was surprised at it too, especially as most people had said (before it came out) that it wouldn't. Went a bit slower, but didn't affect gameplay

My 360 is used most on Live so it takes ages to Download stuff, unless I leave it on without playing on it. But thats gay.

I did it on both 
Didn't ask for my serial number doing it through the PS3 though
Hopefully I'll get one, then I might consider a HD TV

has anyone downloaded lemmings yet?.for some reason it wont let me think they have robbed me of £3.49 lol it says its downloaded but it isnt in my games list

Truth is im about to spend £10k on a car so spending £400 on a console with have to wait. I was using the waiting till xmas thing to cover up the fact im quite poor at the moment

we will have to wait and see, but the 360 has sold very well with no price drop just people like hmv throwing in an extra game etc..
i dont see why this wont with the ps3, though a price drop would be nice

played motorstrom today, i must say the 6 axis thing is a little disapointing, and No rumble game looked good but Ridge racer did look better on the 360

I've only just found the motion sensor option for Motorstorm. Have to say I thought it was setup quite well -- makes driving the bikes a bit easier for weight distro etc...
