Where the backbox is attached to the middle section the clamp rattles on the corssmember. Is there a different sort of clamp i can use that wont hit it?
Ideas?

I had this problem. turn the clamp round so the nuts are facing away from the beam...that should give you a little more space. Also when you tighten the nuts up push the backbox and centre section towards the underside of the car as hard as you can. Replace any exhaust rubbers too.
How low is you car btw?

yep, thats what ive had to do with my car being so low, still does it every now and again though

I cable tied a few pieces of carpet to the beam to stop the noise, mine only used to his on speed bumps

just loosen the clamp a bit and twist the backbox cant remember which way but ull see its lift up n down when you twist it a bit.
