anyone know how to tell which manufactured disk drive is in the xbox360? i know they used different ones but how do u tell the difference?? its somthing to do with the design on the cd tray

when was yours built? i think the later ones use Toshiba drives?

i've not got one... but got my eye on one just wanted to know how u can tell the differenct drives. after a samsung drive xbox

ones with the wholes in are the older Toshiba drives I think whereas ones without are Samsung...

could be the other way around though, I'm sure google will turn up the answer.
