the clips wont click in completely at the bottom of the grille! heres some pics below ive just taken! im quite happy with it, its not realy that noticeable but would like to be able to do a proper job of it!

yeah lol i was scared in case i cracked or snapped it though, it pushes into the correct position but just wont click!

Can get pretty much the same thing for cheaper.
I had to use a fair bit of pressure with mine to get it in, and I did it on a cold day, so was a tighter fit. May be worth putting it in the airing cupboard a while, might make it that bit more pliable.

exactly the same thing wit my grill, mines clips in then u go a short journey and its popped out again-pain in the neck...
i was thinkin bout wedging something behind it?

I just put abit of glue on mine. Since then, i have had no trouble with it poping out again.

ive just fitted mine today mate with no problems
just undo the bumper on the top bit and click it in,thats what i done

ye think i might undo them top bumper bolts actually, cars in the garage 2morrow gettin sum stuff done so will have another crack at it tomorrow, look better dont they?

That is what the Haynes manual says to do to fit a new grill! The Haynes manual is well worth investing in.
