how wud i find out what the compression ratio is of my engine after its been skimmed and had high comp pistons in and the head skimmed abit? any ideas?

measure the pistons, measure the head and then use a compression calculation formula.

surely that wont work if the engine has pistons with deep valve cut outs and raised intruders tho? iv read about something on accralite web site and they say u have to have the engine built up and fill the cylinders with parafin

you will need to cc the engine, easy to do if you have some spare time and the head off the negine and all built up
