I'll be putting in a nice big LET motor soon and just thinking about what I should replace before putting it in the Corsa.
I will be doing
-rocker cover gasket
-headgasket
-sump gasket
-cambelt
-tensioners
-water pump
-clutch
-oil pump???
Antone else think of parts I should replace while its out

IMHO. I wouldnt spent upwards of a grand on a n engine and not strip it down to every moving component and make sure it was in good order. if it wasnt i would replace it. Even if it had been rebuilt by a previous owner id still at the very least strip it and check for signs of wear. Not worth the hastle if you buy the engine service it and then 3 months down the line it needs pistons rings or something small and silly like that. that you could have replaced when the engine was out. Just my 2ps worth

The engine cost me £300, i also drove it when it was in the car, sweet as a nut 
when i take the rocker cover and head off i will be able to have a look valves and chambers, i will be able to have a look at bores and then have a look at shells when i take the sump off.

when i did my conversion i changed everything including
oil pump repair kit
essecialy timing belt and tentioners
water pump
clutch
