Hiya guys had my mercedes booked in for a service, collected it today early this morning.

As soon as i turned it on mileage clock light wasnt workin....... so went back in 2 dealer and guy said we will sort it out for me while i waited. If i could wait 45mins so i said fine..... they sorted it out,so took car home.

I was drivieng and i heard funny noise noticed the dash is loose from when they changed the buld!


Drove the car 2nite and half of the lights on the dash dont work, what can i do obviously ring them up.... have got car booked in on monday to get some work done! worth puttin in a complaint?

bare in mind i paid £376 and they had car 48hrs so didnt rush them at all! and its booked in on monday to change track rod or something which is another £237!
wasnt very impressed tbh! staff where extremly friendly!

Hope that all made sence, have had a few drinks! Any adive etc would be greatful!

hi, well i personaly would make a coplaint. The mechanic obviously wanted to get home an didnt give a damm
Unfortunatly things like that cant go un complained about as i will only happen again. Personaly i wold b fuming mad having paid that much!

If they had the dash pod out chances are there is a connection loose or something. They should sort it though as they have disturbed something.
