i got a gsi with straight through and piper cross
this year i want to have :
stage 2 head
4 into 1 manifold
throttle bodies
ecu upgrade to suit
i'm hoping for about 180bhp what we think is the about right

No way it is more 160/165 bhp
You need cams 285 deg

dave A is selling throttle body kit inc ecu upgrade as well, he said having them alone will take car tp 150hp, add the head which is min 25 and the manifold another 5ish thats 180
