Nope, the tyre will fit on the rim fine, I had my 14" sport wheels with those tyres on as standard, and I assume the rims will be the same width.

I also have 195/45 on a set of 5.5" wide rims, the same as Vegasphil does, and we don't have any problems at all with it.

Can't help with that one, I am only going to lower my car on 195/45's, and that will only be 40mm anyway.
