Hi Jamie, Well ALL your gaskets (but you already know that).
What are you wanting to do to the head? Coz if your getting your valves bored out, well you'll need bigger valves.
And don't forget them oil seals! All 16 of them.
Whilst the heads off and the springs are out, you might as well put in some up-rated springs. You'll need a new raceing cam too. But that goes without saying.

Why you wanting a head rebuilding?
Strip and Clean, replace valve stems, redo valve seats, maybe tappets (or just clean them) and cam seals. (think thats about it )


- No need for bigger valves (total waste of money) for the spec you are or will even build to you will never need them.

- No need to Uprated Cams unless you have a Uprated inlet system (throttlebodies, Carbs etc)

- No need for uprated springs unless you plan on reving the engine more that 8000 rev (which i know for a fact yours not)

aii thanks beardy, not rebuilding now, just gonna swap head over, its started smoking and i think it is my stem seals, so gonna get a really low milage head and put my cams in and swap it. getting compression test done so will know for def if it is them
