Problem solved.

The inlet hose into the intercooler had a hole blown in it. Bit of ghetto bodging with some insulation tape and problem solved. Shall be off to get a new hose asap

what gauges do you have in the car?? Wouldn't be a bad idea to get oil temp and oil pressure and an aftermarket boost gauge so you know exactly what it's running. always good to keep an eye on temp's of everything, saves doing big damage if you can see things getting too hot!!!

It has no after market guages. What is that one next to the boost guage? Goes up to 3 and has a pic of an oil can. Oil pressure in the turbo??

if its inlet pipe you need part 7

i have one spare if you want it they are about £10 from fiat.

i suggest you get part 3 aswell and replace them both

why not replace all the pipes with samco or similar silicon ones??? that way you shouldnt have the same problem again

Have a look at the SPS hoses aswell, just as good as the samco ones but much cheaper and also come in different colours
