As some of you know i have recently got Bri-Sri's corsa however the engine is making a really bad rattle when the engine is under load (i.e when accelerating from 30mph in 4th gear) it sounds like its coming from the top of the engine, any ideas what it could be and how to sort it?
If not i'm thinking of maybe upgrading to a 1.4 16v engine, is this hard to do? what work would be involved?
Also if anyone has one or knows of any i am also after a post 97 facelift rear bumper in white and a tailgate for it also.
All advice hints and tips appreciated!

could be knocking, my sri does it when i have the RON plug set to 98 (i.e premium fuel) but its got 95 ron in the tank

This means nothing to me to be honest! where and what is the ron plug and how do i see what its set at?

Its a black plug by the expansion tank.
One side will have 95, the other will have either 91 or 98.
95 is to run on std unleaded
98 on super unleaded.
