Hi guys. I shut my door with the window open and it made a kinda bang and then the window wouldn't go up. Took the door card off and it had fallen out of the runners. So i put it back in, working fine i thought. put all the door card back together, went to open the window and it happened again! Now i've done this about 5 times and it just keeps happening. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Are one of the white clips on the runner snapped? Is the motor/arms bent slightly? Are the 4 rivets intact? Perhaps a new motor etc would help, or getting it re-riveted on, or it's more secure?
Is the runner in the door alright? Where the window "slots" into on the way down? Might have become unbolted and slips out?
I'm aware that the windows do actually fall off the runners occasionally

The 4 rivets actually fasten the motor to the door. You'd drill them off to get the motor out.

oooh. well i think the motors ok, it can be a bit slow when going up though. I think it must be something to with the bottom bracket that holds the window on. Its just so fiddly and annoying, i have a short patience so i get quickly if things dont go right

Cheers for your help Phil, I had a colser look today and found the problem.

That white bit is meant to be in the little runner, so after about 5 minutes of fiddling, i'd got it all back in and working.
