Pics of an Arden Blue one in Autoexpress. Looks better than the red.

Headlights dont look that bad with the VXR front bumper either but they still aren't small.

Thats a good shot of the back end on there.

From Auto Express:
The 18s are going to be a £500 option. Other VXR bits at extra cost will be: sports exhaust, uprated brakes, a roll cage and "officially supported aftermarket tuning"

officially supported aftermarket tuning will be courteny as they do that for the vxr apparently.

I think it looks awesome, some of the replies in this thread are unreal.

Id like to point out i havean issue of autocar sat here in which there is a 3way comparrisn/review of the cliov6, imprezza and evo 8.

Not a corsa in sight, and even if there was it would win, why? Because you could buy 2 of them for the price of one clio v6.

Tottally different cars, aimed at 2 completely different markets, the comparrison is nothing short of ridiculas.

I like the new corsa VXR, but i can understand why people might not like it, its never going to be everyones cup of tea.

I think it will sell bucket loads, if it handles as well as the vxr does.
And as neil pointed out that power is standard, so it will be very tuneable.

Great package IMO

Just to mix things up a little, for the most direct comparison, it'll have to be the new Mini Cooper S and VXR Corsa Both turbocharged/supercharged, both FWD, both 3 door, both about £16k and similar BHP.

I like the Corsa D VXR - who fancies buying me one?

Everyone is complaining that the new Corsa is too big, looking like a mini MPV - just live in the car!
