Bumpers are well smart and a let in this would just be

re-shell? so are all the bits going on another shell, or is it just the engine going in another shell?

Greame, hi mate, yeah that was me always out an about over higham, i didn't see you though was you in the bmw?

I have 6 spare but all are only the standard half inch dish, they are the 30 hole 15" RM012 type

.dean., deffo 5 door are you still supplying the chasis strengthening kit at all?

Stu, oh i'd love to but i'm wanting a 100% clean undersealed and painted shell something i can spend a few months prepping and re-building, it shall still be a smoke grey one though

Update

Progress on the LET, i stripped the engine down had a look and checked it over and its exactly as described, full re-build with seals, rings, arp bolts, gaskets, water & oil pump, cambelt etc.
As the engine is out and on a stand i thought it would be rude not to tart it up a tad so i set about prepping and de-greasing for paint.
So far i've got the block and head done but should have more progress and it built back up over the next week

RIP for the future

Best 5 door out there imo, surprised you haven't been approached about a mag feature tbh

Good luck for the next one

thanks Jamie, ah yeah last year the total vauxhall photographer did come round looking for a few cars to feature at PVS but nothing ever came of it, decided not to chase it up in the end as the car has never been as tidy as i would have wanted.

nibnob: thank you this one is gettign a bit old and tatty around the edges has done over 170k milage and could do with a bit of work to get it mint again. I've got another 5 door corsa which i'm in the process of sealing, painting and prepping ready for an engine conversion etc. hopeing to build an all round much tidier car
