well it would stop more hot air going in the filter so it wont do it any harm.

i had 1 with my PX induction kit. all ill say is i have a sealed induction kit now. but i think the middle sized 1 would be best as i got the biggest and struggled to fit it in

the 50mm one ? that what you mean by the middle one? how does it fit with a jubilee clip over the filter ?

i got the 220x330 one and it was longer than my PX filter. it has 3 legs on one end of it and you use a jubilee to fasten it on. if you do get one be careful of the edges on it!!
