started going off on its own again, tried unplugging it on the steering wheel and still going off, had to remove fuse but now means i got no stereo or interior light or anything, ideally need to change the horn but where is the original one? is it on the front passenger side? and does it involve removing bumper?

should be on the front of the car, behind the bumper under the slam panel....
