Am goin the Haydock auctions for a car on Friday!

My uncle has got 2 volvo's from there and a GOLF GTI from there, nothins been up with them!

Reckon its worth it like?

Been told i'll get a 51 plate Corsa for £1200 there.

Don't get a MK4 Fiesta with Zetec engine, it's bound to be nackered.

well surely a 51 plate corsa with nothing wrong why dont they put it on autotader. Bound to get more for it. so there must be something wrong with them

51 plate corsas with nothing wrong with them can't go that cheap can they.

My wee brother paid about that for a X reg B and that was cheaper than it would have went for at auction.

you got to take a chance i trade cars as well as the garage and i buy all my cars from the auction stay away from old shit i buy no older than 02 unless its somthing unusual or high end

They might put it in the auctions thinkin am gunna get more moeny for it cuz people will keep bidding..but if i put it in the auto am gunna have to put a base price down..they might think like that!

Me uncle got a Golf GTI 52 plate or sutton for 4k or sutton i cnt memba.

Fuck all up with it

What are they stolen / recovered?? I would buy from an auction even cat c/d so long as it was cheap enough & wasnt expensive!!

It may be so cheap because it's high mileage i.e. ex-rep car but nothing actually wrong with it.

Just think though, you're going to the auction and buying that '51 plate Corsa' for example, for £1500 or what ever. A car garage may go and buy it, then put it on their forecourt for £3000 and you think they'll be nothing wrong with it. They aren't allowed to auction nackered cars without declaring it, plus it'll be running in the auction house so you'll here it.

been down to blackbushe car auction there are so many cheap cars going through that look in perfect nick with low mielage bargains are out there!

when we went auction for my little sisters corsa c we payed £2800 for it.. was a minter though, 1 owner and fsh etc but that was cheap...... that was 7 months ago so if its £1200 theres surely something wrong with it????? but saying that i have seen nice goes go for sill money
