I've just phoned up for an upgrade (W810i) and was put on hold for ages as apparantly the system was being slow. He finally comes back and tells me I can't have that phone as they don't have any and would I rather have a K610i, after insisting I didn't I asked him if I could order one and he said you can't they only order on day of upgrade and that I should try again in 3-5 working days. - Isn't that the same as ordering me a phone?
