I found the back was too light though. Nearly lost the back end once on a tight S-bend as it skipped over a bump in the road.

Would give me some more space for camping stuff for PVS if I strip it out again

Yeah I found the back end to be a bit twitchy when I stripped everything out. Seems a lot more capable through the bends with all the interior back in. I did love it stripped though.

Bumpers done (just need polished up):

Still waiting on the arches, but should have these back from the bodyshop for next weekend. Once I've got these back then all the bodywork can go back on

Done a bit of work today in the engine bay. Nearly got to the stage of being able to remove the inlet manifold and fit my nice painted one. Fingers crossed should have the engine back together next weekend too.

Back on the road for next week? We'll see

Thanks guys. Wouldn't mind but that's the 2nd inlet manifold I've painted! Was ready to put the first one in and realised that a couple of the vacuum connectors on it had snapped off, meanining it was useless! Wasn't best pleased!

My new bumpers and arches are all ready to go on now. Will finish the engine off and then get them bolted on. Fingers crossed (!) I should have pictures of the car back on the road for the weekend. Roll on PVS!

Ouch, just looked at his project thread! His looks stunning on the White Speedlines!

Think there is more than a few differences between mine and his though. Be humerous to have them parked next to each other at PVS though!

Be nice to get to PVS and have it finished. Might be able to relax at last!

Well, it's out of the garage. One week to go before PVS! Got a lot of cleaning to do to get it gleaming and also the new tailgate to fit and have wired in. Bit close for my liking, be reet though
