Only got 2 Red Zebra's for now. Will get a couple more in about 2 weeks. I will get another female (as thats what these are I think) and a male. Males are a nice blue colour.

They should grow about another 3 inches yet. They are very lively, like digging in the sand and wizzing around in and out of the rocks. Going to get some more rocks in there before I add anymore fish

Have to soak the cichlid sticks before I feed them then crush them up a bit as the fish are too small at the moment to eat them when they are solid

Just more malawi's like I have but blue and might get a pair of Firemouth's and maybe a catfish or 2.

Its not that big a tank so I can probably only get another 3-4 fish at the most. Tank only looks big cos the fish are so small at the moment. They are probably only 1.5-2 inch long so just babies really

Yeah it will look alot better with more rock in there. Going to leave the left hand side of the tank as it is and carry on building on top and off to the right till it meets with the filter then round the filter a bit but not all the way up. Can only get so much rock at a time as I can only carry a certain amount

They seem very happy so far. The orange one likes digging under the rock at the front left of the tank. Its ok though cos the rock isn't actually supported by the glass at that point anyway as there is little cut out in the rock so it forms a cave for it

bogwood and plants dont go well with cichlids.

bogwood will lower the pH which I dont want and plants will get ripped up. They are destructive buggers

I now only have the one

smack...what size tank are you looking at putting the sharks in as you can get some minature ones but they still need a fairly large tank.
