ive seen this done on a lot of xe conversions...
Number 1 it looks a lot nicer
but does it not overheat as heat can escape??
may sound stupid to eingine people but i have no clue

Its to keep the heat in, wrapping a manifold can cause it to crack though.

i spoke to beardy a few weeks ago about it and he said dont do it...The Xe doesnt need it
