Was thinking about making some doorcards for my C, ive used the stuff before for my Tv build, my question is, how do you put the speaker in? Surely it will crack if it gets screwed in?

The easyest way would be to use a MDF ring to mount the speaker onto and build the fibre glass to it/around it
I take it you mean your making some door pods ?

when you buy speakers you normally get some metal clips that help when you screw them in
