he has been kicking the turf up every goal kick - it is no surprise really that it was gonna happen one time.

the whole team has not performed - the new system does not work

same old macca - like when he managed us - no other style other then defence - once things goes wrong he does not have a back up plan.

Kind of showing what I thought really, against better teams (which Croatia are only just IMO) he has no idea of what formations and tactics to use.

I always said we needed a more top top flight experienced manager, and these latest performances are showing that. Especially todays line up and tactics.

PMSL at all u idiots writing off Steve McLaren already Didn't hear you saying that when we were beating the European Champions 4 nil

So we played poor, we got beat by a poor looping header and an appalling back pass from an idiot who should know better...

Formation didn't work, note it for next time... move on and get the points from other matches... lets face it, all teams in this group will drop points at some stage...

It was disappointing and embarrassing but instead of just criticising just write it off as a bad result...a bit like the French when they dominated Scotland and got beat....

At least we were away from home and missing several key players!! Couldn't be many better times to drop points if that sense

but we shouldnt be dropping points against these types of teams. Yes they arent a poor side, but we should be beating these without a problem.

Formation and tactics to fault IMO.

I disagree (on the 1st part)... they aren't grreat admittedly but they aren't that poor... I think with a full squad and perhaps a better formation (ie leave that wanker Lampard out of the squad ) we would have done a lot betetr but it wasn't to be!!

That said, we were shite and it hurts

I do agree though that at the end of the day the formationa nd tactics were all worng but once again the players played poorly and looked like they couldn't be arsed.. .everytime the ball was heading for Robbo the defenbce left it and several times Croatia nearly nicked in

No I do agree that Croatia arent the worst side in the world, but we should be getting a result against them. And yeah we were missing one or two players who you'd expect to start, but still dont think that should be an excuse with our squad.

Lapard shouldnt be picked, formation and tactics all wrong...all down to Macca.
