was just wondering.....when i drove over a speed bump in town the other day i dented the centre box, and theres a weird rattling noise coming from it now.....the only option i have is to either take th centre box off, and replace it with a normal pipe.....or buy a new exhaust...i dont really want to buy a new one, because i only got this few weeks back!

noise it will be a bit louder and sound porkier but not sure on performance?

could mean less back pressure if you are taking it out. depending on your engine it could decrease or increase your performance
